Job Description

We are looking to recruit Property Managers to join our factoring departments in Edinburgh & Aberdeen. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to further develop their career in property management leading to IRPM accreditation.

Skills required:

• General understanding of property construction
• Experience of implementing planned maintenance programs
• Co-ordinating reactive repairs
• Extremely well organised and able to prioritise your own work load
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
• Professional, positive, diligent and focused approach
• Full UK driving licence
