Sellers are not asked to pay a registration fee, we believe you should be able to register a unit for sale free of charge. Our selling fee is 20% of the sale price plus 17.5% VAT and is charged only on successful sales,with a minimum charge of £100. Resorts levy a transfer charge, which is met by the seller and varies from £50 to £250.

Just complete it online and post to us or print for a speedy and efficient service. Our database is searchable online. Some weeks are difficult to sell and may need to be advertised for quite some time.
