| Description: | Fair-a-Far, in Cramond, Edinburgh, is one of the many residential estates in our care. We now have a vacancy for a part time maintenance person / caretaker to carry out minor repairs and generally take care of the buildings. He / she will also be responsible for everything from allowing access to refuse collectors on the appropriate day, changing light bulbs to patrolling the estate. As this is a new job ( contractors being appointed for the garden maintenance and cleaning ) it is initially planned to be 12 hrs per week - 3 hrs on 4 weekdays.
